This cancellation policy applies to all participants who register for the “Kyoto Super Local Experience.” Please read the following terms carefully before making your reservation and proceed only if you agree.
■Cancellation Fees
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply:
| Cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour date | 20% of the total tour fee |

| Cancellations made up to 3 days before the tour date | 50% of the total tour fee |
| Cancellations made 2 days before the tour date or later, or failure to attend without notice | 100% of the total tour fee |
To cancel your reservation, please contact us by email or via the designated online cancellation form. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
■Refund Policy
If you paid by credit card, a refund will be issued via your credit card provider after deducting the applicable cancellation fee. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies, and it may take several weeks for the refund to appear on your account.
In some cases, a temporary duplicate charge may be displayed until the refund is processed. Rest assured that the refund will be issued without fail.
Note: Depending on your credit card company, the refunded amount may not appear as a separate line item on your statement.
For example, with Rakuten Card, the refund may appear as an “adjustment amount.”
If you have any questions about the timeline or appearance of the refund on your statement, please contact your card issuer directly.
■Tour Cancellation by Organizer
The tour may be cancelled at our discretion due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or the outbreak of infectious diseases. In such cases, a full refund of the participation fee will be provided.
Please note that refunds are limited to the amount originally paid by the participant. We are unable to compensate for any additional costs such as transportation, accommodation, or other personal arrangements made independently.
If the tour is cancelled, participants will be notified promptly via email and/or through our official website.
